Note: US Mobile provides two SIM cards, GSM LTE (White SIM Card) and Warp 5G (Black SIM Card). We recommend to choose network according to the coverage in your area. You can check which network works best for you by putting in the zip code here

After you check which network works the best for you, please double check if your Samsung Galaxy phone is compatible.

Warp 5G

If your unlocked Samsung Galaxy phone has VoLTE and no network restrictions on it, it should be compatible.

GSM LTE

With GSM LTE, most unlocked Samsung Galaxy phones are compatible.

Here are some useful instructions for your device - Samsung Galaxy:

How to turn Data Roaming off

  1. Swipe up on the home screen to see all your apps.
  2. Tap on Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks.
  3. Toggle the switch to turn Data roaming OFF.
If Data roaming is switched off, the switch will be greyed out.
If your mobile data is turned off, the switch will be greyed out as well, and you won't be able to move the switch.

How to Change the Network Mode

  1. Swipe up on the home screen to see all your apps.
  2. Tap on Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network mode.

How to enable VoLTE

  1. Go to Settings> Connections >Mobile networks.
  2. Toggle the VoLTE calls switch to On.

How to Check if you have Wi-Fi turned off and cellular data turned on

  1. Turn off Wi-Fi: Pull down the notification tray by sliding your finger down from the top of the screen, then tap the Wi-Fi toggle. Alternatively, you can tap Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi off from there

Turn on Mobile Data: Pull down the notification tray by sliding your finger down from the top of the screen, then tap the Mobile Data toggle. Alternatively, you can tap Settings > Connections > Data Usage and tap Mobile data switch here to turn it ON

For some Samsung Galaxy phones you can try to Navigate to Settings > Connections > Mobile Data and turn Mobile Data on from there.

How to Update the APN

  1. Swipe up on the home screen to see all your apps.
  2. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access point names.
  3. Tap the menu button (usually 3 stacked dots).

How to Manually search for network

  1. From the home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings > Mobile Networks.
For some Samsung Galaxy phones, you can try to Navigate to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks.
  1. Choose Network Operators.
  2. Choose US Mobile from the options to connect.

How to Turn OFF Wi-Fi calling

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon (lower-left).
Please Note: If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display then tap "Phone".
  1. Navigate: Menu icon (upper-right) > Settings > Wi-Fi Calling.
For some Samsung Galaxy phones you can try to Tap More options (the three vertical dotsupper-right) > Settings.
  1. Tap the Wi-Fi Calling toggle to switch Wi-Fi Calling OFF.

How to Turn OFF Call forwarding

Option 1:

  1. From any Home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Menu > Settings > More settings.
  3. Tap Call forwarding > Always forward > Turn off/Disable.
For some Samsung Galaxy phones you can try to Tap Call forwarding > Voice call > Always forward > Turn off/Disable.

Option 2:

  1. Dial ##004# to turn off conditional call forwarding.
  2. Dial *73 to cancel call forwarding.

How to Turn ON Call-Waiting

  1. Click the Phone icon.
  2. Click the Menu icon.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Press Supplementary Services.
For some Samsung Galaxy phones you can try to Press More settings.
  1. Tap the indicator next to "Call waiting" to turn the function ON.

How to check the number entered for SMS center

Go to Messages > Menu button > Settings > More Settings >Text messages > SMS Service Center.

How to Make sure MMS / Group Messaging both are turned ON

  1. Go to Messages > Tap on 3 dots > Settings > Multimedia message (MMS).
For some Samsung Galaxy phones you can try to Go to Messages > Tap on 3 dots > Settings > More Settings > Multimedia message (MMS).

2. Tap the MMS / Group messaging toggle the switch to turn them ON.

How to Setup Hotspot

  1. From the Home screen, swipe Up/Down from the Center of the display to access your Apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings > Connections > Mobile Hotspot and Tethering.
  3. Tap Mobile Hotspot.
  4. Tap Configure
For some Samsung Galaxy phones you can try to Tap the Menu icon.
  1. Configure any of the following:
  2. Network name
  • Security (This option can be set to Open or WPA2 PSK)
  • Password (Password can be changed)
  • Band (This option can be set to 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz preferred)
  1. Tap Save (lower-right side)

How to Setup Visual Voicemail

  1. From the home screen, select the Phone app.
  2. Select the Keypad tab, then select the Visual Voicemail icon.
  3. Select Start.
  4. Select OK.
