If your Kyocera phone has VoLTE and no network restrictions on it, it should be compatible.
GSM LTE
With GSM LTE, most Kyocera phones are compatible.
However, Kyocera Cadence LTE phones are mostly not compatible.

How to turn Data Roaming off
- From the main screen, select Menu.Note Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.
- Navigate: Tools & Settings > Settings > Wireless & networks > Cellular network/Mobile network.
- Tap Data roaming access / International data roaming.
- Tap Deny data roaming access.
- Tap Set.

Turn off Wi-Fi:

Select Wireless & networks.
Select Wi-Fi.
Turn Wi-Fi off from here.
