How to Activate your Amazon bundle

With an Amazon bundle Starter Kit, you can pay using an Amazon gift card or personal credit card. Once your bundle expires, you can continue service on the same plan (or a brand new one) right from your US Mobile account dashboard.

Activate your service

  • Select Activate a Standard line

Choose your network

  • Select Warp 5G Network

  • Enter your phone’s IMEI

    • iPhone: Settings > General > About

    • Android: Settings > About Phone

  • Enter the SIM card number on the back of the Black SIM card

  • Transfer or get a new phone number

Select your plan

  • Select Data Bundles from the Plan Builder

  • Choose the plan that you purchased on Amazon

If you select a different plan, your Amazon promo code will not work!

  • Select Continue to check out

  • Enter your payment method

Leave on Autopay so your plan renews each month!

We will absolutely never charge you with unexpected fees. Autopay simply ensures that your bundle continues working each new month. You can turn it off at the end of the 3 months.

  • Enter the promo code from your Starter Kit before checking out

  • Select Activate Line

Why does my dashboard show a 1-month plan?

The plan is month to month — the activation (month 1) and each subsequent monthly renewal will be at $0 cost to you.


When do I need to activate the plan?

There is no deadline for activating your bundle.


Can I keep my number?

You can transfer your number over to US Mobile during activation. 


Does this plan include a Hotspot?

Hotspot for the bundle can be purchased as an add-on in your customer dashboard after you activate your plan.


Does this bundle support eSIM?
