Easily set up Autopay for your phone bill

Once you find your perfect phone plan, you can avoid the hassle of manually renewing your plan each month. If you’d like us to automatically renew your current plan every billing period, we can take care of that for you. No interruptions, no logging in every month, just seamless service!

Set up Autopay

  1. Log in to your US Mobile account
  2. From the Dashboard menu, select Individual Lines
  3. Choose the line you’d like to activate Autopay for
  4. Select PAY MY BILL
  5. Turn the switch from an x to a  ✓ and ensure the display says AUTOPAY ON
  6. Choose SAVE THIS PLAN and you’re good to go!


Apply Autopay at checkout

  1. From Check out, find the Autopay option section
  2. Turn the switch from an X to a  ✓ and ensure the display says Autopay ON in purple text
  3. Choose Activate Line and enjoy your new plan!




Turn Autopay off

  1. Log in to your US Mobile account
  2. From the Dashboard menu, select Individual Lines
  3. Choose the line you want to disable Autopay for
  4. Select REVIEW MY PLAN
  5. Choose CANCEL AUTOPAY
  6. On the next menu, confirm you’d like to turn Autopay off


Snooze your cell plan

If you need to deactivate your service for a while without losing your phone number, account, and all your settings, you can easily snooze your service.

  1. Login to your US Mobile account
  2. From the Dashboard menu, select Individual Lines
  3. Choose the line you’d like to snooze
  4. Select PAY MY BILL or REVIEW MY PLAN
  5. Select CHANGE MY PLAN
  6. Scroll to the bottom and select SNOOZE MY PLAN
  7. Review and agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy
  8. Select SNOOZE MY PLAN

And just like that, we’ll keep your phone number safe while you’re gone!


*If you’re activating a multi-month bundle (like our 3-month 15 GB bundle), you’ll need to turn on Autopay so your plan renews each month. You’ve already purchased the service upfront by buying the bundle, so we’ll absolutely never charge you with unexpected fees. Autopay simply ensures that your bundle continues working each new month. You can turn it off at the end of the bundle if you’re looking to switch to a new plan.
