If youβre on our Warp 5G network, manual APN configurations are not required. Some customers may face no service issues right after activating their SIM cards. All you need is a quick restart, and you should be good to go!
Before restarting your phone, please follow these steps:
- Please turn the Airplane mode ON and then OFF.
- Make sure your phone also has the latest software update.
- Turn data roaming OFF on your phone.
- Connect your phone with a working Wi-Fi connection.
If your phone still has no service after the restart, donβt worry!
